    Prince Asfa-Wossen Asserate is a German-Ethiopian author, political consultant, and a descendent of Emperor Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia. Educated in theology, law, and political science at Tübingen, Cambridge, and Frankfurt, His Imperial Highness holds a doctorate in history and has written several influential works, including "King of Kings" and "African Exodus".

    The Prince has served as a strategic advisor on intercultural diplomacy and African-European affairs, and his insights have shaped conversations on migration, tradition, and governance across continents. As a Senior Advisor to THE NOBLE HOUSEHOLD and keynote speaker, Prince Asfa-Wossen strengthens our global partnerships and mission through his unique combination of heritage, intellect, and diplomacy.

  • Owner and founder of THE NOBLE HOUSEHOLD

    A successful founder and business leader, Stephan J. Klotz von Eckartsberg directs a unique international business network. His work in culture and in academia is inspired by Count Paris Klotz who founded the family’s first enterprise in Vienna and Trient in the 18th. century. Shaped by his childhood and youth in Scandinavia as well as his Danish family, Denmark holds a special place in his life. Since 2007 he has been directing in his own time an award-winning Museum of the Romans in Southern Germany which he also founded. He is the architect of the Conference for German Conference of Private and Family Foundations. He is on the board of numerous associations and institutions, such as the International Bach Academy (Internationale Bachakademie). Baron Karlsen lives in Palais Gomperz in Budapest as well as in the Black Forest and is a passionate art collector. In addition to his activities in the fields of consulting and culture, he is also involved in various family businesses (e.g. construction). He is a member of and a Fellow of the Royal Overseas League and the Royal Society of the Arts. Since 2024, his focus has been on Eastern Europe and Africa.

  • Secretary General of THE NOBLE HOUSEHOLD

    Dr Alexander Heinz has many years of extensive leadership experience in business development, and project management, and in particular, the innovative organisation of Higher Education projects. He studied in Paris, London, Constance and Berlin and authored and edited books and articles on a wide range of topics, most recently on Frida Kahlo. He held scholarships from the German National Scholarship Foundation and the German Academic Exchange Service. He has worked on projects for the UN, NGOs (representation of minorities in the media), the German Foreign Office, the Goethe Institute and others.

    He initiated partnerships, including UNHCR, the British Council, the Fulbright Commission. the Museum of London, the National Archives and many more. He was instrumental in building King’s College London’s now large short term programme portfolio and managed impactful education initiatives in India. Thousands of students learned on programmes he built with colleagues, some of which he taught himself.

    Dr Heinz is particularly dedicated to setting in motion initiatives for those facing hurdles in their lives.  His work was recognised with a King's Excellence Award and with his chairmanship of the European Associtiation for International Education Summer Schools grouping. A regularly requested conference speaker, Dr Heinz is a member of the NAFSA Trainer Corps in the US, and was one of the founding e-Learning Deans of this Washington-based, largest global organisation for international educators.
